DYNA COOL K2002 is a high performance HD cutting fluid that is formulated with components resistant to bacteria and odor formation. DYNA COOL K2002 is a super lubricity semi synthetic fluid designed for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is designed for maximum sump life while providing excellent rust protection without sticky residues. The high oil content of DYNA COOL K2002 makes it especially suited for CNC machine where a rust protective film is essential for down shifts. DYNA COOL K2002 provides a low maintenance, trouble free fluid that is operator friendly and cost effective.

The Coolant Manager 707
Bacteria & Odor Control System
The Coolant Manager 707 is a bacteria and odor control system for use in all water based systems, including soluble oils, semi-synthetics, synthetics, alkaline cleaners and water. The ozone is generated by passing plant air through miniaturized corona discharge module. The ozone is the then fed into the coolant through a plastic tube connected to an ozone dispersion element placed at the bottom of the sump. The ozone produced kills bacteria and mold instantly and reverts back to oxygen. The ozone generated does not alter the coolant in any way and does not harm the operator. There are no hazardous chemicals to spill. The Coolant Manager CD 505 provides odor and bacteria control 24 hour per day seven days per week. The Coolant Manager CD-505 does not require any chemicals or constant monitoring. The Kit contains the Coolant Manager CM707, 20 feet of tubing, directional valves, dispersion elements and operating manual. |
APPLICATIONS: The Coolant Manager 707 will control odor and bacteria in soluble oils, semi-synthetics, synthetics, water, and waste water. The Coolant Manager 707 can be used on CNC machines, central systems, individual sumps, chillers, cooling towers, and waste water tanks.

DYNA CLEAN BIO 90
Machine Sump Cleaner
General Purpose Cleaner
ONE CLEANER DOES IT ALL
DYNA CLEAN BIO 90 is the single cleaner needed by machine shops. It can be used in spray bottles, for machine wipe downs, floor cleaning and now for sump cleaning. It is a combination of highly active ingredients that are capable of penetrating and lifting a wide variety of soils. It provides excellent wetting to break loose fines and other solid debris including mold and fungus from coolant lines and sumps. DYNA CLEAN BIO 90 can be added directly to the coolant in low concentrations several hours before the actual clean out occurs. This reduces the time needed for a full, through clean out. In the machine shop DYNA CLEAN BIO 90 can replace the general purpose cleaner, the floor cleaner, and the sump cleaner and because of it rust protection, soak tank cleaners. DYNA CLEAN BIO 90 has a pleasant odor and is operator friendly.

Sump Cleaning:
1. Add DYNA CLEAN BIO 90 to directly to the coolant up to 24 hours prior to dumping. The recommended concentration is 40:1 mixed into the coolant.
2. For extremely dirty systems or systems with mold, recharge the system with a 20:1 concentration of DYNA CLEAN BIO 90 MTC and circulate for 4-8 hours. The solution should be dumped and the system rinsed with a dilute solution of coolant. The system should be immediately recharged and circulated.
